How We Handle Claims

In handling your claims, we will:

• Make Contact within 8 hours of assignment, inspection within 48 hours.
• First Report within 10 days or sooner, if requested.
• Full Caption Report within 30 days.

 

For Investigations:

• We will take action with Digital or 35mm or Video photography.
• We are very thorough and fast, and exactly what you want, nothing more or nothing less.

 

Recorded Statements:

• We take in-person, detailed Recorded Statements.

 

Medical Authorizations:

• On any injured party, we secure a signed Authorization for Medical,
  Hospital, Educational and/or Employment Records form.

 

What You Want to Know:

• We also handle small/limited task assignments.
